Compensation will decrease big time if u ask me. Why do I say that? I bet Rideneour's days are numbered. Only reason they were getting the amount of money they were getting was because it was in shares. With money and change coming, no need for a glorified Accountant like Tom or an inexperienced family like the Q's running a mining operation. IMO
