I agree that the 10Q is to some extent irrelevant as far as facts. But it doesn't help to restore their credibility when the 10Q doesn't back up the statements in the PR. And credibility is one of their real problems. I just hope whatever changes and developments are coming will be enough to overcome all the previous crap.
