This IS BIG news IMO. They obviously have some other financing arrangement that they want to announce. What will be the structure is the question? However, the market is not anticipating good news. Why? Will the new financing be extremely dilutive? Will there be new people in control and how will that come about? Will there be new BOD members? Will there be a reverse split as part of the new structure? Or some other share restructuring that steps on the common shareholders further? Maybe the market just doesn't believe that PQ can pull it off based on his track record and numerous fumbles along the way.

With the 8K filing today I would expect follow-on news this week, maybe even tomorrow. And if that is the case then I would expect the stock price to reflect some signs of life today and close well above .01 on high volume. Otherwise I can only surmise that the common shareholder will be getting screwed further than we already have been, just not sure exactly how yet.

I am holding out hope that we see volume come in this afternioon and the price rise accordingly.
