Well, the mill is built, except for the leach system which they can get by without for a while. But the Sinker still needs work so that they can drill/mine. If they really know where multiple oz/ton veins are, I would go straight to mining as fast as they can get permitted. Drill concurrently if necessary, but processing 50t of 2 oz/t ore a day would be 100 oz or almost $150k/day or $4.5m/month. That would pay for everything, including the leach system and drilling on top and in the Sinker (just to make sure they were mining the best stuff as soon as possible).
