There is no doubt in my mind about that. Those with $ will sooner or later take over and PQ will have to settle for much less than he originally dreamed about. Again, I go back to his history, which I so naively ignored for years. Stocks under 10 cents don't have a chance on the TSX so stocks under 1 cent on the pinks are hopeless. PQ has navigated this project into the dirt. He is now mincemeat and has no position to deal from, basically having only 'shit disturber' value now. (That's a vulgar, old con artist's expression.) The sharks are merely toying wiith him in my opinion. The one thing that may help him is to hold on for dear life until gold/silver takes off in the Fall. Maybe that's what he has been holding out for, hoping for for many years ... no different than myself and many old gold bugs actually. So, if true, we do have one thing in common ... an anachronisitc, idealisitc view that the markets functioned more or less honestly.
After many years of losing money in the junior gold/silver markets and studiously following honest, ethical gold experts/analysts/journalits/letter writers and gurus, I now think this Fall will finally turn the corner and as per 'the Stalker' on LeMetropole Cafe via Bill Murphy, the action will be explosive to the upside. Until then, throw all the charts out the window.
I too have put people into SFMi and they have all lost. With regret, it is my belief that the Co. will be taken over by deep pockets and the shareholders will be losers. How can they not reverse split in a new pubco and still create a vibrant new entity? Also, they themselves will have to be well compensated with stocks that have real potential value going forward. I will wait for the chips to fall and reevaluate the investment opportunity then.
My symapthies go out to all the good people here who see the real value in War Eagle. Our premise was based on solid fundamentals that have been once removed from our grasp by lack of competency and lack of transparency, however well intended the original motivation.
My wish would be that all those with big losses recover their original investments. It may still be possible if a rebirth takes solid control with dollars in the bank , good management and a sense of urgency.
