Pic - I think many here know the answers to your questions, but don't want to face the reality. In my experience with this type of price action, the ending is never good. And I have never seen a white knight just ride in and save the day in a situation like this. Usually there is an annoucement on a random Friday afternoon after the bell that the company is folding or is giving up 2 arms and a leg to survive. I expect the same to happen here.

I have no reason to believe that PQ can pull anything off that will beneift the common shareholders.

That's the reality folks.
