I haven't gone back to look at the Iliad agreement, but I assume they get their shares at a discount based on the current share. They can dump at market and probably make a profit. And remember, Iliad is not in this as a long term investment. If they can buy at .0065 and sell at .007-.0075, that's a quick 8-15% for them.
