It's pretty ridiculous to just drop in and expect to be able to meet someone at an office when much of their time is spent away, especially if that tactic has not worked before. Even if the mill is not operating, I'm sure there are a lot of things to be done at the mill, or maybe CQ is part of the financing talks. It's even more ridiculous to try and draw any conclusions because an unscheduled visit is unproductive.

BTW, this is pretty trollish behavior, setting up a situation so that it is likely to produce negative results (twice!). Next time, I suggest you call ahead so you don't waste your and our time. Otherwise, there's an easy way to make sure you don't waste any more of our time.
