Bobby Joe.... game isn't over. I don't think you own any shares of SFMI or you wouldn't be a cheerleader for Bill Earl. I still own shares and I have to give the benefit of the doubt to PQ. I have been a harsh critic of PQ, however, I don't see Bill Earl's name of the mill building. Whether BE quit or got fired..money is always an issue with any of us.

The Registrant has retained new counsel to file a motion to vacate the Judgment, and believes it will be vacated. In the event the Registrant is not able to vacate the Judgment, the Registrant will need to raise capital to pay the Judgment.

Also, SFMI expects to open their doors next month for business. This tells me capital has come or is coming. Until I read the next press release, this is an assumption on my part.
