Default Judgement against Silver Falcon for Earl lawsuit
Default Judgement against Goldland for Corrigan lawsuit
Is there really ANY excuse for letting it get to this point? Some have said that they didn't have enough money to pay the lawyers to process the needed paperwork. Is that REALLY the case? IF that were the case, then that shows you how much confidence PP and AS have in the company ...otherwise you woud figure they would have ponied up the money needed to pay the lawyers to avoid these judgements, which essentially puts both of these companies in bankruptcy unless they get the judgements vacated or they raise the funds to pay them. Now we know why the stock has been under pressure all of this time.
IMO they need to come out with a significant press release THIS MORNING before the market opens that shows they have the viability to move forward. OR maybe they have a fire sale buyout in the works? I cannot really figure out any reason for letting this happen. I would take 2 cents and be satisified at this point.
