I guarantee you that any change in management did not come as a result of a revolt by the BOD. Have you checked who is on it lately? Of the seven, three are Qs, and at least one of the other four is a long time friend. The BOD may have voted for a change in management (we can only hope), but if so it was only as a condition of whatever financing they are getting, not PQ voluntarily giving up control. And unless any financing includes giving a lot of shares to the financing entity, PQ still retains voting control.

Your speculation that SFMI was put in mothballs while waiting for the court decision is interesting. I'm not sure the court would do that, though, especially since SFMI could have argued that such a move would cause harm by shutting down mill production, especially since the mill should be generating at least some positive cash flow if the flotation circuit is really 90+% efficient.

Anyway, like you I'm looking forward to news that validates and reinforces this upward trend.
