Don't misunderstand me. I've been highly critical of Pierre for the last two years and wish he would step aside and let more experienced and competent management take the reins. It would be in his and his families best interests if he would do so. Having met and talked to him at the last two shareholder's meetings, I've come away with the belief, stepping aside would be his last resort. His latest fiasco involving defaulting on two lawsuits, one against SFMI and one against GHDC, is a gross violation of his fiduciary responsibility and would result in his immediate termination at any other publicly trade company. Like I said earlier, I'll believe it when it actually happens.
