Thanks Spiny... I still want an independent organization counting all the gold and silver since we are partial owners of the company. If PQ and family were doing this on their own..they could do as they wish..but they aren't. They are using others capital for their own pursuit of their dreams. We are riding on their coattails as investors and we should be respected and rewarded. That seems to be not the case. Case in point..Where is the Compensation Committiee I heard about from PQ at the last shareholder meeting?

I like to add this to the mix...Apple wasn't paying dividends because of their huge cash reserve until shareholders began screaming. Apple decided to pay dividends....bought bonds at a low interest rate and paid out dividends to disgruntled shareholders.

BTW...I have been hearing the rumors..but until it is in writing, I sit on my hands.

Another 50 million shares of dilution..simply amazing. Does this mean down the road there is a possible reverse split? RK keeps telling us, they will be buying back shares..but with what money? I have witnessed a couple reverse splits...both companies didn't fair well..one was Nortel out of Canada.
