I would have to review the filing with illiad but I think there was a provision that atleast 1 payment in the second half of the term had to be in shares, maybe this is the last share dump from them. Whoever is getting these millions of shares at half a penny...lets hope they hold them for a 10 bagger. That would be almost a nickel
