Well, both news items are "good', but neither is final or substantive at the moment. GHDC has "proposed" an acquisition for which the signing of the final documents is "proposed" at the end of August, over a month away. The proposed acquisition is a South American gaming operation. They are also pursuing other SA gaming operations. No details at all, and it's not even clear if the "monthly revenue" would come from the operation to be acquired or from the others being pursued. Notably missing are any details about the acquisition itself- how it is being financed, whether any shares are involved, etc. Remember that GHDC's number of outstanding shares is very close to the authorized limit. Either an increase in the AS or a reverse split might be involved.

As for SFMI, the mill did reopen July 8, but work in the Sinker is halted pending... A "professional mining group" is interested in providing funding and consulting services pending verification of the gold and silver content of the processed ore on site at the mill. Verification should be no problem, so hopefully the funding will occur. Again, no details on the terms of funding...

Good news overall, and confirmation of the previous PR and what we have been hearing, but not the definitive news I was looking for. At least not yet. It remains to be seen how this will affect the sp.
