Why does the proof fall on me to prove that this is a share selling scam, when that is all that they have done? The only thing that they have done well is compensate themselves with shares. Where are all these shares coming from? Illiad? YOU prove it. YOU prove that these shares are from Illiad! I'm just dealing with what I know...and I know that the most logical conclusion about where these shares are coming from is the Q's...and IMO, they've dumped more than $5M worth of shares.

The dumping didn't start when the deal was cut with Illiad. I noticed the dumping started in force around the .10 range...and it probably was going on from before then. The ask was being continually lowered below the current price...which is always a bad sign. I bought at that level, and unloaded those same shares just a few days later when the pattern did not relent. IMO, the only ones who have that many shares to continue selling for that long of a period of time is "the family." The LOGICAL conclusion is that Illiad is NOT the source of the dumping. YOU prove that it isn't, because I can say that it is.

I have received PM's from longs who post regularly on this thread who openly acknowledge that PQ selling shares from offshore accounts is very much a possibility. Again, I ask the question, where can all of these shares be coming from? One would eventually cease selling when the price gets so low, in hopes of a bounce, right? But if you are issuing yourself endless shares, it really doesn't matter what the price is.

I am not a pump and dumper...I spent my own money to attend the SHM three years ago. I spent way too many hours posting on this board to be associated with those who appear to have a criminal intent. I am offended with the thought that I am waiting for a P and D to take this back to .005. Think about it! There is something seriously wrong with people that think this is a legitimate mining company, if a P and D takes this thing BACK to a half a cent!

The only thing I am doing is trying to make sense of what I know to be true...not sitting around saying that maybe this is Illiad dumping. If Pierre hasn't made his $5 million back by now, why didn't he simply ask his lawyer to show up in court to at least settle with Bill Earle? If I was in that situation, with the existence of my fledgling company on the line, I would most assuredly show up!

There is so much wrong with this company...so many red flags, I am in shock that guys who have a penny stock history are STILL is disbelief as to what is going on here! Seriously! OPEN YOUR EYES! Stop making excuses for a guy who has done this before! The fact that I have to keep coming back to this fourm to vindicate my reputation is a joke! You guys know me. Quit bashing me and Anton and Bobby Joe out of frustration that you are getting ripped off. Ask PQ where the dore is. Ask PQ why the rate at which the gold that was coming off the belt three years ago couldn't have been continued. Ask PQ why his lawyer didn't even show up in court.

Sounds to me like you are yelling at the wrong guy. Quit bothering me.
