I believe he was either finished selling or he was paid the remainder in cash for July. The damage was already made in July AND the rumor popped up the 3rd week of July re: funds.

August's payment is the real test to see if the rumor is true or not. If huge sells occur in August, we will know the truth. This is 1 reason why I believe we haven't seen any tremendous buying.....investors are still skeptical.
