I am seeing double standards with BJ. How can BJ be a shareholder of SFMI.. Then in his recent message say this lawsuit isn't over. I never heard one criticism from BJ about Bill Earll. His criticisms are directly at PQ. Personally, I don't know the exact nature of the problem between BE and SFMI/PQ. July 17, 2013, the Judge revoked the decision.

Why did the Judge revoke and set aside the judgment? Good for the company and shareholders. BJ should be cheering this decision as I am. Appears to me BJ isn't happy about the Judge's decision. Something doesn't smell right. JMHO.. BJ is connected to BE. This is the reason I question BJ's motives.

Also, I have been critical at times of the direction of SFMI. I have asked questions why aren't they doing this and that. Obviously..money is the problem and mismanagement. Some people think the mismanagement is intentional.

Yesterday's 8K was a victory for SFMI and the shareholders. Stock is heading up. A merger has taken place, money is coming and the drilling program. All from recent press releases. Conect the dots....
