I know the SEC has shut down many penny stock companies in the past for shady dealings.

The SEC may know something...but circumstantial evidence or hearsay doesn't prove anything.

Also, I am curious why the Judge nullified the lawsuit and set it aside the Bill Earll vs SFMI case?

This was a huge win for SFMI and a major set back for Bill Earll. It will be interesting to hear what is said at the ASM about the case. I am assuming it will be brought up at the meeting by curious shareholders. Maybe Bobby Joe can ask the question since he will be attending as he says he will be. How about that Bobby Joe...ask PQ and the BOD about the case.

I am curious what the next few press releases state before the GHDC and SFMI ASMs. We know from reading recent press releases.. a merger has taken place. It looks like the Masked Rider has deep pockets and understands mining since they brought in their own geologists (plural). GHDC is generating revenue by the merger...I don't know how some people can't read into it. Puzzles me....
