I will be honest with you. My pal doesn't read this board or IHUB..too much noise in the forest as he says.

He reads the reports and we talk. He thinks long term and realizes dilution happen and it doesnt mean it is a disaster for a company.

I talked to another friend of mine who doesn't read the boards but has been involved with mergers and witnessed reverse splits. He doesn't think reverse splits are negative as some people think and each merger is unique onto themselves.

Both of my pals keep my head on straight.
