I just popped over to the Goldland Holdings website (haven't been there in a long while). Well there are no current updates ..none ...which I find very surprising given the Latin America announcements. This tells me what I have thought all along -- that Goldland will not exist in its current form for too much longer. I wonder what the new name of the company will be?

Interesting to see how much of the owneshrip PQ retains after the transacation. I wonder if PQ will get a raise. LOL!

Will GH provide any funds to SF? I think so, we shall see.

As Bouts said heads will spin once everyone sees what the transactions looks like. Especially the share structure for both companies, that will surely be a doozy.

From the sounds of it, the new investors are serious and experienced, i just hope there is enough value at the table to resurface these companies from the dead AND make them prosper.

And I hope they have online poker on the new website.
