For me..I won't be attending the ASM and see the company moving forward. The consequence of lack of money so far has been dilution. ( I don't like the BODs compensation with no revenue being generated )

This merger as stated isn't a private placement deal. We should be singing and dancing. GHDC has stated twice in press releases, they have a revenue stream from the gambling casinos and one of the players has experience in mining. The new players brought in their own mining engineers and geologists to investigate the mill and WEM. I didn't read any PR's stating the Masked Rider is leaving town. Bill Earll did leave town..LMAO!!!

I am expecting more press releases prior to the ASM because the new players in town haven't been announced.
