It's a dud because we have no 43 101...no drilling... no revenues and an arrogant CEO who doesn't care about dilution..only his own pockets and acting like the Federal Reserve.

If that's how u feel, stop complaining and show up to the SHM and let him/them have it.

Dilution for SFMI was an obvious thing to me from day 1 and I must have written it on the boards 20 times for u guys. Other than the $hitty price, I bet PQ has ammo at the SHM to make shareholders feel that the company is in the best position it's ever been. I would bring a tomato just in case. lol
