I'm confused. I'm also all in, Pic, because it's the only choice I have. But somebody please explain to me where this "new management", "new board" is coming from. In the proxy materials I got, this is the first item on the agenda:

"To elect Pierre Quilliam, Allan Breitkreuz, Denise Quilliam, Christian Quilliam, Lewis Georges, Paul Parliament and Tom Ridenour to serve as directors; "

We have no power to overturn this. So the directors will remain the same. Do you really think PQ is going to turn the reins over to someone else? He certainly didn't in the case of RS.

What do you know that I don't. I'm not trying to be contrary, I'm really concerned about where all this "new management" BS is coming from. Do you think a bunch of gamblers - who will now own GHDC are going to miraculously become professional miners?
