So, what this is saying is that the proxy voting statements for the coming SHM are full of $hit. (Well, they are, but you know what I mean.)

They contain the exact same board members as last year - with the possible exception of PP, not sure of him. I voted across the board (to coin a phrase) to NOT APPROVE them or anything else on the proxy. Of course, that is meaningless. But where does the Equilar stuff come in? Who's telling the truth?

Boy, now I kind of wish I was going to Idaho next month.
