I have to second what CalFarmer says about CQ. I have spoken to him on a few occasions at the SHM's I've attended and I agree with everything CalFarmer says.
I will also add that on a couple of occasions I got the distinct impression that he was not exactly happy with what he had been dealt in regards to the mill. I remember him making a kind of frustrated, under his breath remark that I think I was the only one to hear, about not having the equipment to do the job right. I may have mistaken his remark, but I don't think so.
I think he has done a great job with what he has had to work with. And, I would endorse him for COO. Somebody "Q" will have to be in charge. I'd certainly rather have him in there than any of the other Q's!
