Excuse me Bouts but I was the first to welcome RS to this company 3 years ago on this site and I was everyone's best friend on this board when I talked about his background and 40 years of success in the pm business.

This is important because a good management team surrounds themselves with the best people available.

If he truely had health issues and resigned from the company why did he immediately become involved in a management position and board of director a couple months later with different organizations after leaving the company?

When Roger left this was a .23 stock in January 2011. It's .005 today. If he was still around today we wouldn't be any lower than .03 to .05. Why? Because good management teams can keep share price elivated much higher than moose pasture equities. We are not a moose pasture company but are performing like one.
