Yes, I remember those discussions well. I want to especially emphasize what Garick says about excessive salaries never being mentioned as a reason for the dilution. We were talking about processing ore and drilling the mountain. That seemed to be perfectly reasonable - they had to finance the operation. It never occurred to us that millions of dollars in salaries would make our investments nearly worthless.
It's probably not worth pursuing, but if this goes completely to hell, I think the Q's should be served with a class action suit in behalf of the stockholders to recover the excessive salaries that took the company down.
