with this information on ghdc stock it looks like:

old insiders own near 180 million (as of 10k) or 18 million post split

the new folks will own 17.45 million

the remaining shares are the tradeable float so around 4.5 million post split

I believe that most of those shares reside on this board and if the new players want majority shares here it can be up to this board to make them pay

as well, a 4.5 million float that has a grip- the stock can be pushed hard if there is no selling from this 4.5 million pool of shares
