Let say the judgment is in favor for Bill Earl. Does it mean the key of the mill is handed over to Mr. Earl? No. Can SFMI file for bankruptcy protection against people they owe money to outside private placement agreements? Yes
How many lawsuits happen to corporations daily and they're still in business. Mr. Earl hasn't a prayer of taking over a public traded company.
