Interesting that Leliever is only becoming CEO of the subsidiary, not SFMI itself. Does this mean PQ remains as head of SFMI? BTW, IIRC Palmirs was the subsidiary created w/ CQ in charge that was to run the smelting. I may be wrong, though.
No details on the tolling contract. Remains to be seen if the mill will indeed become self sufficient. Looks like they will be sending out the concentrate for leaching until they can get their own system in. Not holding my breath.
No details on funding, in fact no mention of funding at all.
