I don't dougt for a minute that he has "no (or limited) control of hte subsidiary", but he still controls the mountain, the mill and everything that is worth anything on/in WEM. He's had world class geologists before. Look what happened. Just sayin'.
I'm sorry, all I can see out of this is more dilution of the value of OUR assets. This "subsidiary" isn't going to work for free and "funds that will be pledged there" have to be done so for some consideration. That means our stock will be worth that much less.
Ok, I guess that has to happen because of the way they have f--ed everything up, but it doesn't make it any more palatable. I sincerely wonder if we will ever break even, let alone make any real money on this venture.
I try to be optimistic, but every PR just pours more out of that half-full glass.
