I agree ...reaction to funding will tell all.

Will it be overly dilutive? Rumor is it won't be, but hard to beileve based on situation.

Will new partners buy into the stock once funding is in place? Will NY friends buy?

I imagine there will be a lot of overhead supply if the price crosses .01

I am highliy suspect here, but I do beleive there are folks within the company that will make this company an ultimate success story. Once more people believe that and start to see real results, there is a good chance for the shareholders to make some money as well.
