Question: Why would anyone think for one moment that Illiad was done? All evidence based on observational, associative, and experiential learning is that they are NOT done. That is my premise going forward.
Question: Does not PQ have any fudiciary duty to stockholders, to enhance the value of our holdings? I thought that once a company is taken public, that is one of management's primary duties, and should be the highest objective. Any senior level manager with a shred of decency would not dilute the stockholders to oblivion by exorbitant compensation in the form of share rewards. Options? Yes, can be a win/win.
Challenge: All senior level managers who are to receive large numbers of shares should put PQ to shame, lead by example, and refuse stock awards this year. The boat is sinking, don't keep stripping boards off the hull, hoping to get something to float on for yourself. Fix the @(&*^$* boat.
Note to self: Never again invest in a company where the common stock holders have zero power to remove management if management has earned that action.
