If I can summarize correctly from my discussion last night with one of the former friends of this board, our old friend said a couple blocks of 10k shares were issued at the close for about $50 to "paint" the price down and furthermore the buys to sells were 4 to 1 with the average price .0024 to .0025 so it's good to know someone who studies level 2 to get the whole story!
