I totally disagree with your comments about Bouts. On the contrary I have seen most of his "rumors" come true. Just go back and look at his predictions/rumors, much of it HAS happened.

What he has been inaccurate at is the effect on the share price, which I think is what everyone is upset with. Bouts cannot control the stock price. He has his feelings on why he thinks it will react a certain way based on rumors he is heaing. Everyone should make their own prediction on share price and invest accordingly.

Bottom line the future of the company will depend on stopping the share dilution and having new people take control of the direction of the Company, which i do believe is happening.
