I am still waiting for news about the meeting. IMO having to wait either shows no good news or looking for words to confuse the shareholders even more. I can't wait until the next 10k. With the stock price so low I am sure the compensation will be extremely huge. If the BOD wanted to bring back some confidence they would defer any compensation until they show a profit. They need to stop ignoring the shareholders.
