My take on this, if what Bouts says is true, screw the shareholders for the greedy. Personally, I feel this is why you always have to look at the past in order to make smart decisions in the future. In my eyes nothing has change and will never change as long as the current management is calling the shots. We only have about 1 month until the 10K filing. I say a month because they never file on time. I can’t wait because I am sure people will post excuses.
