I have noticed that the people on this board that constantly say this week or next tend to go silent when confronted. Is the court case with Mr. Earll causing SFMI problems, of course it is. NO smart business person would give the company money with this problem hanging in limbo. Even if they would, I am sure they would be covered or protected more than the peon shareholders like me. Hopefully tomorrows hearing will bring this to an end. I doubt SFMI is going to lose the Mill but may have to pay some or all. I think this is why we never received any funding last year and so far none this year. My final thought for today is the people that keep saying other people need to do better DD, well, look in the mirror and my advice would be, where ever you are getting your info from, is misleading you. Just ask yourself this question, If any company has some really good positive news do they keep it from the shareholders? If anyone dares to respond with any factual statement from our current management that has come true about SFMI please bring it to my attention, because I must have missed it.
