I agree, ONLY if the PR said anything more substantial. For example, if they said:

"We have entered into 2 tolling contracts with a 3rd contract pending. The 2 tolling contracts will generate $2M in annual revenue starting April 1, 2014. As previously communicated 15% of the revenue from these contracts will go towards a share buyback program since the Company feels the current share price is grossly undervalued.

Additionally, here are updates on the 43-101, drilling plans, new partners and FUNDING..."

That is the type of PR that is long overdue.
