If the Mill is not generating any revenues from the tolling like u claim, what your concluding to is that PQ announced the Mill being operational because under SEC 144b the company has to be operational and not a shell company in order for any insider to sell allowing Tom and his 2 children to sell? Is this what Im reading from you? Can ANYONE with Wall Street knowledge give us your input????
