I don't believe Pierre will step down totally. This is why they added a subsidiary (Palmirs) to SFMI and announced John as CEO. Basically, John is running the 43-101 and any future drilling, and Pierre is in charge of the Mill and any tolling that is occuring.

PS: I believe he will be ousted from GHDC.
