Even if or when Illiad is paid off, JMJ is dumping $3500 a day of stock. So that is roughly 7million shares a day. I won’t believe Illiad is paid off until I read it in a SEC filing. I remember reading that Illiad was paid off on this board many times last year. That was an inaccurate statement. The IRS and Idaho tax problem is and should be a big concern. For those of you that don’t think reading the company filings is important, well I sent Mr. Kaiser an email asking questions. Read closely below, he even stated “continue to read the US SEC filing reports in their entirety which give a comprehensive overview and statements of the Company's operations”.
So I have a question for those of you that don’t like the facts brought up. If other people including myself are not to bring up facts that the company states in their SEC filings, how and where am I to get company facts? When I first invested in SFMI, I read blog post that were positive but turned out to be wishes from some posters. I blame myself for not reading all the SEC filings first before I invested.
Response from Rich Kaiser
Back taxes are being paid per agreement with IRS, EARLL case will either be settled or the Company will proceed with appeal to the higher courts in ID. You have received all the facts as a shareholder and I recommend to continue to read the US SEC filing reports in their entirety which give a comprehensive overview and statements of the Company's operations.
