To those that are still alive, with all due respect how do you consider that change? The main problem is PQ in charge. PQ is still calling all the shots. They can appoint anyone they want to the board but until PQ steps down or retires nothing has changed. In any other business or government the top person is the blame for failures and praised for success. The top person brings in all or most of the people under him/her. Do you not watch or read the news for examples or failures and success. I hope you are not that naïve. Please don’t come back with PQ is not calling the shots anymore. If PQ was not still calling the shots why doesn’t someone else hold the title as CEO? Because, yes he is. You have been associated (stockholder) with PQ’s companies for a while now. Can you honestly say you trust him still being the CEO? Do you honestly believe he is looking out for the shareholders? It is ridiculous to keep reading all the excuses people come up with as to why the stock keeps falling. I will spell it out for you in plain English. “PQ and all the others BOD's”.
