The OS is much higher than that now and its on pace to max the 10 billion AS in the not too distant future, due to conversions of debt at these levels. Where are they going to get the money to prove reserves? They need over $10 million for that (per the filings)... Im expecting another reverse split followed by more dilution. They appear to have no choice... If they could not raise the money in years past while precious metals were higher in value and the stock was not so diluted, I don't see how they could now.
