People/investors don't wanna believe that these 2 stocks/companies can/will turn around because of the PAST history (Pierre and family = dilution). Good thing the BODs don't feel that way, and nobody should feel that way in life. The past is the past, and the future is PIERRE AND FAMILY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DILUTE THESE STOCKS AGAIN. IMO
