It has been going on for years now. Accept private placement money, pump the stock, accept more placement money, pump the stock again...then dilute the crap out of shareholder equity in order to pay yourself an enormous salary, and sell those shares offshore. Then repeat. And repeat. And repeat. And repeat ad nauseam.

No gigantic green thumb can make THAT rancid dish any more palatable.
