I've been looking at convertible debs of gold and silver producers. Aren't too many good ones around...

I was also wondering whether anyone was aware of a gold/silver producer who has issued a convertible debs that are convertible in actual gold or silver at a pre-determined ratio. I think that would be an attractive product to finance the development of a mine in the current environment. Say $1,000 face value deb, with a 5% coupon convertible into an once of gold within 3 years...
