david morgan gave an interview at howestreet.com, in which he said we could see a gold-backed currency, possibly the chinese yuan. he also said the governments may force retirement plan holders to invest their 401k, ira and rrsp plans to invest a portion of those in government bonds. he also expects a rally in silver in the first quarter.
