No U.S. oil refineries since 1976. How long can this continue. How long can the U.S. welch off other nations at ridiculously high prices? The U.S. has 47% of World's coal & 1/2 of this is low rank coal. Doesn't Silverado Green fuel at $15/barrel of oil energy equivalent appeal to anyone? Doesn't Energy Independance appeal to anyone?
When will the Wake Up Call come - when oil hits $125 -150? Probably not - the U.S. public seem too content to put up with oil politics! The U.S. will pay the price dearly economically - how sad!
